[Bug]: PAI Unable to turn Activate Suit Thrusters while in ISS Module

Describe the issue

I was playing as an PAI Named Brovan-O-S When i was called upon by an responder. Naturally a very good combo however i noticed i was able to do literally everything for them aside from activate their suit thrusters within the suit modules.

This was with a standard Rescue module with an ISS Installed.

I noticed that i can DEACTIVATE the Thrusters but not activate them. Which is strange.

How to reproduce

1. Be PAI
2. Get ISS and placed into an rescue suit (unsure if this doesnt work with others aswell)
3. Attempt to activate thrusters
4. all it says is "You're too far away from the hardsuit maneuvering jets to do that."
5. Profit.
