[Bug]: Delivery Chute cannot eat ashes, but will try to eat them. This prevents it from eating things above the ashes on the conveyer belt.

Describe the issue

The Delivery Chute in the Ops conveyer belt on Deck 2, the one for managing garbage, does not seem to be able to eat ashes. If there is a large enough stack of ashes on the conveyer belt, it will not take anything. This could also be something to do with the conveyer belt, but I feel like the chute is the point of issue.

How to reproduce

1. Get around 6-10 ashes on the conveyer belt on deck 2.
2. Try and have the conveyer belt run, with a piece of garbage, or a body, or any pile of items coming in ontop of them.
3. Marvel at how nothing gets is moved by the delivery chute
