[Bug]: Defib icons are broken at roundstart

This occurs with the Horizon's defib at roundstart. It can be fixed by doing anything that would otherwise update the icon-state, such as cleaning it or cycling the paddles.

How to reproduce

Occurs roundstart, I usually see it with the defib in medical equipment storage.
