Describe the issue

Trying to pull something using ctrl+click or examine using alt+click while wielding a thermal drill (and safety off) will cause it to fire.

How to reproduce

1.) Be offship 2.) Have a thermal drill with safety off 3.) ctrl+click or alt+click anything 4.) Notice it will either shoot or tell you that you can't fire one-handed.
