[Bug]: Consular/Corprep objectives do not get sent

Since there are now two consular offices and two corprep offices, the directives they recieve now do not know where to be sent to. for (var/obj/machinery/photocopier/faxmachine/F in allfaxes) if (F.department == fax_department) var/obj/item/paper/P = new /obj/item/paper(get_turf(F)) P.name = "[name] - Directives" P.info = faxtext P.update_icon() return is the current code for choosing the fax machine to send it to.

How to reproduce

Be a consular officer don't get a fax :(
