[Bug]: Changeling regen stasis doesn't convey dead well

Describe the issue

Lings that are dying and enter regen stasis mode still act as if they're a normal human dying, they moan, cry, vomit, gasp, twitch, wrong time of death etc. etc. Messages along those above appear such as "'s body goes limp." and "has trouble keeping their eyes open" and "falls over too weak to continue fighting" or something along these lines.

How to reproduce

1. Become ling
2. Get blasted to hell
3. Enter regen stasis
4. Watch your "dead" corpse continue to cry, moan, vomit, twitch, etc. act as a living person
5. Then continue watching as sec and med point out how you're still alive because of this, and your TOD is wrong
