[Bug]: Smoking float point error

Describe the issue

When people smoke too many cigarettes in a round, and normally longer than a two hour round, they start vomiting for no reason. The only nicotine that remains in their system is

/singleton/reagent/mental/nicotine -> float 3.36707

and typically that exact amount. No idea what causes it.

1. Smoke lots over a up to 3h round
