Maintenance drones can decompile unused ammunition

As far as I can tell, the matter decompiler on the maintenance drone is supposed to be used to zap trash and rats.

However, the decompiler also works on live ammo, as I found to my chagrin when I accidentally vaporized a pile of stun shells in the armory. They were live shells, not the leftover casings that drop when they're fired.

I assume this has something to do with the shell and the casing using the same identity somehow.
