Fixes the Deck Three Docking Airlocks

The ones for third party shuttles plus the TCFL ERT ship in particular. They should automatically cycle and then open once a ship lands but as of now, the airlocks stay shut until forced.

The actual part where they're supposed to cycle isn't something I figured out yet so I'm not really making this a bugfix for now.
