Starboard Propulsion Update
The starboard propulsion area was essentially an extension of the portside propulsion area because port propulsion fed it oxygen and phoron. This has been a frequent complaint given to me by engineering players as it makes tinkering kind of difficult. I ended up giving the starboard propulsion area its own phoron and oxygen line, as well as effectively mirroring the layout of port propulsion and moving both thruster areas back a bit to compensate for how that would look like on the map.
Due to space constraints, two pipes in the oxygen line go through walls. That would be the space facing wall by the oxygen holding tank and a wall from disposals to starboard propulsion. There was not really any other way to do this as a window would be odd if it was straight against a tank, and I don't think it would make much sense for propulsion to have a window giving a view of the disposals area.

!review
In case anyone does review this. It is basically complete but there is an odd bug with port propulsion's digital valve that sends phoron to the burn chamber or straight to the thrusters (burn chamber is the default). It doesn't allow phoron through despite being configured correctly, until you interact with it to change where the phoron is going and then interact with it again to send it to the burn chamber.
Not sure if that's just a problem on my end or if it'll still happen on the live server so I'm still seeing if that can be avoided.
Gem informed me the above issue was reported on the live server as well and seems to be identical to my situation here.
