Constructing a Gas cooler always has it face down despite how the blueprint is set

I talked to Mel for this they are witness to it tried it facing up down right and left, always ends up facing down round ID was cjG-bvvZ Don't have the steps getting here but Mel is witness to the blueprint facing one direction and the result facing down, had to rebuild my setup to cool the gas manually. If this helps testing I was using upgraded matter bins and manipulators while building
