Adds an openable version to the faction labcoats as well as tweaked the existing shading.

I suggest making these long labcoats a subclass of regular labcoats. I made them unique "longcoat" types because I didn't have an open state for them at the time

I'd really appreciate it if you could just squeeze it in your PR

That's fair. It could be something I could likely change later on. I would like to make the alternative colours into long labcoats after all.
