Adds Antillean dresses to the loadout

Adds dresses from Port Antillia and adds them to the loadout, with two recolorable versions, ~~and two non-recolorable versions.~~ This should help some new lore get realized in the game better.

This is my first PR on Aurora specifically, please make sure I haven't made any mistakes. All added assets by me. Tested locally.

Looking at reworking this to use the worn_overlay system.

Properly recolors only the parts we want, only one loadout row, less sprites, the pre-colored versions made redundant. Much better this way.
