Lizard Knights in Space - Unathi Kataphract Chapter ship
Ports the Unathi Kataphract Chapter away site we used to have on the Aurora a long, long time ago and turns it into a ship that can move around on the overmap and interact with people.
Has three hopefuls, one k'laxan hopeful, one knight, one quartermaster (also a knight). The Vaurca and Captain require whitelists, the rest do not.
Part of this PR touches every shuttle in the game to change their fuel port to the phoron subtype I added. I needed to make one so that fuel ports by themselves can spawn empty. This also fixes an issue where hydrogen fuel ports would have a phoron tank and a hydrogen tank inside of them. That will make this map and future mapping better.
The map was originally made by Leudoberct and I'm essentially building off of their work.

Shuttle landmarks for the OX ship and TCFL ship are moving to the south of the airlock, to better accommodate shuttle designs in general. It was causing issues for the kata shuttle.
This means the docks on the Horizon that accept the OX ship, TCFL ship and Kata ship will have their navpoint in the same position. On an external airlock door.
