The Bearcat (Perhaps)

The Bearcat is often seen on baycode servers and I believe it would benefit Aurora as well. That said, I won't be putting too much effort into this until I see what general reception is and if it is desired by maintainers. So what's currently in here hasn't really been touched at all.

As for what the Bearcat is, it's generally done as an independent ship that has suffered major damage to its atmospheric and power generation capability. The crew must do what they can to fix it (or die trying) and there is incentive for it to interact with other overmap entities for help or barter to accomplish this. Whatever happens to it, it's also an interesting enough place to explore if its crew happens to fail in making it space-worthy again for other enterprising scavengers on the map.

I intend it to be a sort of stepping stone for when I eventually enhance the other people third party ships already in rotation to update them. Other than this, Lar Maria is another bay map I'd like to revise and add to Aurora, as both it and the Bearcat can serve as good examples of how an away sight can work and the general idea behind having power and atmos networks on maps that aren't just the Horizon.
