Losing your head (and dying) doesn't trigger explosion-on-death implants

If a character has an implant that makes them explode on death, it doesn't trigger if they lose their head before they reach brain-death. This gives anyone fighting them a convenient workaround to their implant, simply behead them first.

Steps to reproduce: Implant someone with an explode-on-death implant, and then behead swiftly before they die from other means.
