Things in z-levels below do not show over skybox

Title. If someone moves down a z-level while on a tile displaying the skybox, they disappear to others' view. If someone moves up a z-level, any items or people below them disappear. Seems to only happen with tiles showing the skybox specifically.

This may be related to the issue. The darker area, where the merchant ship docks, is 'open space'. The rest of the z-level is just 'space'.

this is an issue with passthrough/space tiles. if the tile is a open space one, it will work.
