Ninja teleporter not working

The teleporters ninjas use to initially get on the ship doesn't appear to work at all, the console connected to it simply gives an access denied message when trying to use it. Even bluespace technicians can't use it, from what it seems.

Not reproducable, the teleporter worked in my testing.
