Can't Ahelp Again if Ticket Isn't Closed and Staff Member Leaves the Game

trying to ahelp after a staff member takes your ticket, doesn't close it, and leaves the game results in the following message, "Error: Private-Message: Client not found. They may have lost connection, so please be patient!", essentially locking you out of ahelping.
