Adds a few things for events

Adds the magivend_food, a vending machine that can dispense any food. Adds the lectern, its a lectern for people to speak at. Adds the capability to add a force_spawnpoint_message -> A message that is displayed when force_spawnpoint is used. Adds the valkyrie title screen Fixes the missing chairs on the odin Changes the positions of the force spawnpoints on the odin.

ToDo:

• [ ] Update the lectern so it can be built in game.
