Can't get past 2xrsa installer

Using SafeA9LHinstaller v2.6.7-42c09f52 on 11.2.0-35U N3ds

Each time I load the website and click select it gives me an error "Error: firm1.bin is invalid or corrupted"

Any solutions? I redid the steps a bunch of times (even downgraded to 2.0.3 SafeA9LHinstaller) to make sure I didn't misplace anything still the same error. I've downloaded everything from the guide site itself.
