[Suggestion] Rename otp.bin to something console specific

Just a quick suggestion for the otp installer:

Currently the installer checks if a otp.bin exists and uses that one to install, if not it dumps the otp and uses that instead. A lot of people that are using the system transfer method to downgrade reuse the sd card of the source system and eventually end up with that otp.bin. If they don't get reminded to delete the otp.bin they will brick their console.

My suggestion would be to not check for the static file "otp.bin" but something more console specific like "<serialnumber>_otp.bin". Thus the old otp.bin would not end up being reused by accident.

sorry for the incredibly late reply. Holidays was busy. I do not have an otp.bin file in my files9 folder on my sd card. I was able to hardmod and get my new 3ds to load past the black screen now. I don't know if I fucked up my top lcd screen somehow, but I can't get it to turn back on. I'm still tinkering trying to get it all working again.
