Introduce a default interaction to use WebReader

Similar to https://web-reader.digital-detox.co.uk but with some more feedback from some user testing. I'll arrange some user testing here in London @AurelioDeRosa.

This should be:

1. Draggable
2. Provide helpful prompts if audio isn't working or a wrong command has been receibed
3. Clear idea when WR is listening, talking or idol.
4. Clea idea how to stop audio e.g. a pause button.
