[Feature Request]: disabling shaders clouds doesnt show vanilla clouds

Describe the bug

When I disable the shader clouds I expect the vanilla clouds to appear but they don't..

To reproduce

  1. Enable MC vanilla clouds
  2. Disable shaders clouds

Expected behavior

see vanilla clouds

This doesn't count as a bug, but rather a missing feature. I'll add the proper tag to the issue and put it on my list of things to work on for future updates.

(I'll keep the issue opened until I have added this feature.)
