All outcomes are duplicated for the dec 21 election market

Describe the bug On the disputing page, for the "Who will win the 2020 U.S. Presidential election?" market 0x1cafEd8337Fb45a891b30Bd5B3C486D5FfF7A9DA, all the outcomes show up twice, and all of them say "make tentative winner" and the button says "dispute tentative winner. See screenshot.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://bafybeiebluevb7w6qmwp5vnhwgzloyxg44vqbuzfoq4wcqyomco6oslxu4.ipfs.dweb.link
2. Click on "disputing"
3. Click on "2 more outcomes"
4. See error

Expected behavior Each outcome should show up once, only one should say it's the tentative winner, with the correct button text.

there are currently two on that page, this is the only one that has this problem.
