Please document spread filter requirements for "quantity size"

When creating a market and adding initial liquidity, it's possible to get the message "Increase quantity size to both sides to Pass", but it's not explained what that means or what the minimum quantities one needs to have the filter pass are. This information should be added to the market creation help modal.

Can you point me to the code where it's checked? Searching with git grep for "increase quantity", "quantity size", "both sides" and even "to pass" didn't find me the relevant place.
