Cannot connect to localhost:8551 for geth private blockchain[BUG]

A clear and concise description of what the bug is. I am trying to connect to localhost but get the error missing token.

Steps to reproduce

I have private blockchain up and running but get the error.

Expected behavior

The localhost:8551 should be working
