Downloaded with TOR browser after flagged in Brave, Windows installer will not open with the standard contact vendor verify signed bs.

This software is open source. Anybody can check its content. Anybody can build it on their own.

You are free to go past Windows warning or not. Let your anti-virus check it. What else could I say?
