Improve ledger post analysis

Current filtering of ledgers uses standard deviation around mean values of vertical distance to closest staff line. This leads to false negatives as on staff 5 in "allegretto.png" in data/examples

This could be improved by:

• Discarding ledger candidates that intersect a beam
• Using separate populations of ledgers (above staff, below staff) to check vertical distance
