Adding fetchCIDs function and completing the TODO

Description

  • Adding the functionality of fetchCIDs (which depicts the common functionality in both fetchCIDsAndAddToRedis() and fetchCIDsAndRemoveFromRedis() method).

  • Completed the TODO of adding the urlJoin module to modify the gateway routes to directory compatible route

  • Fixed some spelling errors in various files
