My saved effects feels different (not loaded?) when starting

Everytime I start viper ($ viper start) the effects feels different from what I have previously set and saved on V4L_Frontend program (or is it just not get loaded?).

so I have to uncheck and recheck the effect checkboxes on the frontend in order to make my custom effects loaded. why does this happens and how can I fix this?
