Allow apps blacklisting

I’d like the EQ to apply to all applications except for a few specific ones. When I’m screen sharing with audio on Vesktop and select “entire system audio,” my friends can hear themselves. This happens because the audio is being processed through JamesDSP.

Ideally, I’d want to exclude Vesktop from the processing, but JamesDSP doesn’t support app-specific exclusions. The only workaround is to either completely stop JamesDSP or enable Whitelisting and manually add every application except Vesktop, which isn’t ideal.
