trajectory state not received for 1.000000 seconds

When I set a new pose in rviz and push the button of plan & execute, the real robotic arm does not move. In a moment, the system said "trajectory state not received for 1.000000 seconds". How to fix it? Looking forward to your reply as soon as possible.
