gff file format problem while running m2m recon
Hello,
I have a problem running the following command : m2m recon -g rocks -o rocks_m2m -c 16
Here is the error message :

I tried to convert to gbk but the taxonomy was missing and it was still not working. Do you have any idea how I could fix this problem ? Thanks a lot, Guillaume
