Remove outdated probing behaviour in AO2
See title. This means any client initiating the handshake over HI would directly want to join the server. A breaking change for sure, but a welcome departure from old and horrible network design.
Somewhat recent playercounts can always be retrieved from ms3.
This might be a good addition for devel clients given they are essentially an on-going beta on the road to the next major version.
Seems like it would be a relatively straightforward change to have the client stop connecting to the server on click. You'd just lose the max player count, though I don't think that will be particularly missed.
