Limited HTML/BBCode/Markdown support for server info in lobby

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I wish I was able to expand on the look of the server lobby info when you click on a server in the "Public Servers" category.

Describe the solution you'd like Sanitized list of allowed HTML-tags or BBCode implementation would be nice. Alternatively, markdown support. Fonts, font sizes and colors probably should not be supported due to it being theme-specific.

I originally intended markdown support but this does not exist before Qt 5.11. I could probably allow Qt's subset of HTML without a lot of problems. Would be pretty bad if someone made a zero day for it though
