Scar Healing

Currently missing 17 hp (Of my total 87) and more than a few stat points to scars. As far as I can tell through the Git and Wiki there is no way to heal scars currently. Seems a bit funny to me we can regrow limbs but can't heal some scars, perhaps a priest option for this would be nice?
