Windows support

Add Windows support through digiCamControl, or EOSDK as backup solution.

digiCamControl always delivered a quite laggy image, for me "SparkoCam" worked out the best. I dont know if that helps, but I'd love to see a windows version 👍

At now this application allows you to directly send image from the DSLR camera to obs? I looked at the site of the program, I see that this is a complete software solution, and I do not see the possibility of using it as a shared library. Is there such function?
