Add dev-packages needed on ubuntu

If someone could double-check these, that would be amazing. I do have a ton of packages on my system, so I might have missed one that should be listed.

Also, there does not seem to be a dev package for obs-studio, but it did build nonetheless.

On Groovy at least, it's libmagickcore-dev instead of libmagic-dev. Also, I didn't need libsystemd-dev, but instead libudev-dev.
