Provide support non Canon cameras

I only have a Canon camera, I took into account some of the features of other cameras that I've seen in gPhoto's examples, but I'm pretty sure that with cameras from other manufacturers it will not work very well. It is necessary to check on any other camera from the list of supported cameras which supporting «Image Capture» and «Liveview», and if possible modify code.

I just installed the plugin and it's capturing fine with my Nikon D5200. It has less latency than the laptop's built-in webcam. Not bad, sir, THANKS!

Just compiled the plugin and its working with my Nikon D7000. Less latency than the gphoto2 --capture-movie ... | ffmpeg ... option. Thanks a lot!
