Error on printing ticket

Version 2.8.0 This message appear and doesn't go to print ticket.

"Whoops!, it looks like the server returned an error. Please try again, or contact the webmaster if the problem persists."

Please assist

Same here! Thats the error in logs: [2024-04-28 18:34:49] production.ERROR: Error message. System error 

/var/www/attendize/vendor/nitmedia/wkhtml2pdf/src/Nitmedia/Wkhtml2pdf/lib/wkhtmltopdf-amd64: error while loading shared libraries: libXrender.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Found the fix: You have to run apt-get install libxrender1 libxext6 to solve.

Try to set 755 permission to vendor/nitmedia/wkhtml2pdf/src/Nitmedia/Wkhtml2pdf/lib/wkhtmltopdf-amd64
