Creating Issues Template from Scratch

Currently

• No separate files for bug , feature and documentation in issues template
• Its time consuming for contributor to write which issues or feature they want to change
• Also its difficult for project admin to add labels on different issues without proper tags
• Also there are no checkboxes like GGSOC , code of conduct

Solution

• I will create all three issues template files from scratch
• I will add all the essential columns and drop down menu
• I will make issues template in .yml format which is very user friendly and better than .md format
• I will also add checkboxes
