Give extra area on top & bottom to drop component

Explanation:

Dropping component at the end of the page is a common thing, hence, the experience to do this must be improved. We can implement a similar feature for the top as well. The problem is that this extra area makes the view a bit different from actual.

Fix:

Show an extra 10px on top & bottom only while dropping a new component.
