Give feedback when asset panel is open and select image is selected

  1. Add flicker effect on the header of asset panel
  2. Change the text from "Assets" to "Select Assets"

Will evaluate later if there's a need to give specific written feedback such as "Select Background Image" vs. "Select Assets"
