Request: Configurable grammer scope

Love the package. I needed to customiz the grammar list in init.coffee. It would be good to make this configurable. If I get some extra time I'll try to submit a PR.

Remember that the grammar list reference is only grabbed when the provider is initialized, so modify it in place instead of replacing it 😉.
