Stuck at switch boot logo after using android!

After I finish using android on my ns I change the sd card to the one that has atmosphere and boot up and it stuck at boot logo (switch).I wait for almost an hour and it is on but it runs very slow(when i click on photo to open home brew it stuck....)

make sure your reader doesn't go to 1 bit mode and what your SD card is not corrupted.
