Windows 11 has no local accounts anymore

With the latest Windows 11 update any attempt to bypass online accounts have been removed (yes, even the new one with the colons). How do we bypass online accounts now?

This is only in dev builds currently, which aren't supported by atlas anyway Even on these dev builds you can still bypass by selecting domain join instead on the MS login screen (windows pro only)
