[BUG] - Settings/Display/Graphics aka Default Graphics Settings (HAGS) closes/crashes

Description
I have a dual GPU setup with an NVIDIA RTX 3090 (main) and an AMD RX 6600 XT. I want to assign some apps to the main GPU. I have 3 monitors, with one connected to the main card and the other to the aux GPU.
The Settings app closes/crashes when I click on that menu. (95% of the time...)
I’m not sure if it’s related to Atlas OS or Windows 11 itself.
I read the documentation but have no clue. In fact, if I click the documentation link, it forces the app to close too.
This shortcut will take you to the Windows Settings 'Default Graphics Settings' page. Here, you can select options such as [Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling](https://devblogs.microsoft.com/directx/hardware-accelerated-gpu-scheduling/).
Steps to reproduce
Expected behavior
open graphic settings
Actual behavior
window closed
Atlas Version
Atlas v0.4.1 for Windows 11 24H2
Desktop information
AMD Ryzen 5900x 64 GB RAM M1 drive AMD and NVIDIA official drivers without debloating
Additional content
No response
BTW When I was able to access the menu, Windows did not respect the assignment to a concrete GPU. It always goes to use the aux AMD GPU. Maybe some of the Atlas tweaks could help?
Can you try and see if you can enter the 'Graphics' tab in Safe Mode?

Did you ever manage to fix this issue? Does it still happen?

sorry @TheyCreeper , I don't know. I removed my 2nd GPU and ended using just the main GPU. I was suspecting that was a Windows 11 bug, not sure if related to Atlas...
BTW, Also Windows 11 do not allowed to select which gpu to be used by which app. You can select between "eco"/"game-performance", but is not working. The app is assigned to any "random" GPU. I found also that the monitor where the app is opened, and what GPU is connected to, forced to select the GPU.

Mhm, alright well if you managed to not have the issue anymore that's great, but yeah I'm not sure if that was related to atlas in the first place. I'll mark this ad closed for now
