[BUG] - Missing C++ redistributables

Description

Two C++ redistributables are missing: x86 2005 and arm64 2022

Steps to reproduce

Install AtlasOS and check the installed apps list

Expected behavior

Them to be installed

Actual behavior

They are not installed

Atlas Version

Atlas v0.4.1 for Windows 11 24H2

Irrelevant in this case

Confirmed on x64 build as well. 2005-x86 is missing after AtlasOS install

Usually when installing a program which requires a C++ redistributable, the program will download this automatically. Also, AtlasOS does in fact install x86 2005 (as seen here)
