[BUG] - can not uninstall msixbundle file by "remove-appxpackage" through powershell(admin) 0x80073cfa

Description

I install a misxbundle file ,then I can not uninstall it ,problem also in system setting

Steps to reproduce

1. install any misxbundle file
2. go to system setting-apps-uninstall it
3. like this

Expected behavior

install and uninstall free

Actual behavior

I can not upgrade some misxbundle apps, then i try to uninstall it and reinstall

Also, it doesn't seem like you followed the installation guide because you have a Microsoft account instead of a local account. Please follow https://docs.atlasos.net/getting-started/installation/ next time and see if that solves your issue
